A granular repellent that is applied around theperimeter of the area to be protected. When snakes come in contact with theproduct, they are deterred because it interferes with their sensory receptionsystem. Temporarily shuts this sensory reception down, leaving the snakedisoriented, causing the snake to leave the area to seek fresh air. Fall may bethe best time to use Snake Away as this is when they are choosing their winterhibernating den, but can be very effective in spring and summer too. Effectivefor 2-3 months under normal weather conditions. Normal rainfall will not harmproduct. Snake away is most effective on rattlesnakes, garter snakes, hognosesnake, and coral snake.
